When you are looking for the best links, it can take a long time to trawl through everything that is available. Only the best and most relevant links to KS2 make it onto the schoolsource.info pages in the first place, but here are the best websites from each subject page. Vote now for your favourites!
	Mathszone - Wow! This site could be the only one you need to remember. The creators of Mathszone have collected and categorised an extraordinary range of free, online maths resources for both teachers and pupils. This is essentially a directory of all the great, internet-based maths games that are out there. The site orders them into areas such as number, addition and subtraction, multiplication and division and so on. The site holds no games of it's own, but links to other sites that host them. I did a lesson recently where I allowed my pupils to choose games in a category, and they loved it. Thanks to Eve for sharing this one!
	Wacky Web Tales - Good fun! And great for revising parts of speech. You insert your own words into the story, and the website generates funny stories.
	Healthy Teeth - An excellent Canadian website. This site is clear, easily accessible and contains valuable information to help children learn about their teeth and oral hygiene. This top-notch site reads just like a book!
	The RE Site - an excellent catalogue of links to other RE resources and websites. A searchable index of over 1000 sites. Mostly aimed at teachers, but a wide range of links.
	BBC History - a must for whatever era you are studying. Has pictures, games, diagrams, oral accounts, multimedia effects and activities!
	Canterbury Environmental Education Centre - The website of the Canterbury Broak Oak Lane nature reserve. Take a virtual pond dip and look at sculptures created by Paul Goodrick for the reserve. Find out about the parts of a plant and then take a quiz to see how much you know! Explore grassland and woodland as well as taking virtual tours of the reserves Sunrise and Kingfisher trails. 	The Tate Gallery, London - Home of the national collections of British art and international modern art. Online exhibits include 8,000 works of art. Contains links to The Tate Modern Britain's new national museum of modern art, housed in the former Bankside Power Station.
	BBC Radio 3 - Making Tracks - A music games site that puts the emphasis on creativity and fun. It links well to the National Curriculum. Try your hand at playing along with a Gamelan orchestra, play some odd instruments or play rhythm games with trolls! Many thanks to Ray for spotting this great website.
	ICTeachers - Aimed mainly at ICT teachers (I think), this site is also packed with resources for the three core subjects as well as links to other useful sites.
	Kids Running - The Kid's Running site for kids is an excellent page for kids (and parents/teachers) who are interested in running. Not only can kids see photos, learn about kids running events, answer questions, they can also read stories about running that other kids have contributed.
	The Design and Technology Site - There aren't many websites devoted to D&T, and this one is definitely one of the best. This website is more aimed at KS3; however, it contains numerous information sheets which will be helpful if you are studying or teaching Design Technology. The information sheets cover a wide range and include, the design process, gear systems, electronics, cams, printed circuit boards, PIC microcontrollers / computer control, key words/phrases, structures, vocational work, technology and cultures, basic CNC work. They are intended to provide a valuable resource for teachers and pupils AND they are free.
Others including PSHE	TeacherNet - A government website with hundreds of lesson plans and links to support services of museums, libraries and charities. There seems to be something about everything here, so the best thing to do is to go there and see for yourself.
